Quick Fit Seminar

This interactive presentation by Rick Bradley covers a simple exercise program based on his book, Quick Fit: The Complete 15-Minute No-Sweat Workout, published by Simon and Schuster. The seminar is designed for those individuals who know that exercise is good for them, but remain physically inactive for many reasons. It emphasizes cardiovascular fitness, abdominal strengthening, upper body strengthening, and total body flexibility. The seminar shows how busy people can exercise effectively and consistently utilizing the simple Quick Fit exercise program. Included in the author's seminar are handouts and DVDs.

Quick Fit "GET A MOVE ON" Seminar

No time for exercise?...Desk-ercise! This participatory seminar shows how simple it is to incorporate physical activity into your day...at your workplace! The seminar focuses on "health fitness" and the research which supports the benefits of small bouts of physical activity. It consists of an overview of the Quick Fit exercise program, a demonstration of exercises and stretches for the office, alternate exercises for those with limitations, and gives tips on how to stay motivated. The seminar is delivered by a Quick Fit exercise specialist and includes handouts and DVDs.

Quick Fit Champion Training

Participants in the Quick Fit Champion Training program will graduate knowing how to effectively introduce and lead a Quick Fit program at their organization. This four hour training, presented by a Quick Fit trainer, is designed to teach the non-fitness professional how to successfully coach individuals on health and fitness. The training covers an overview of anatomy and physiology, instruction on how to perform Quick Fit exercises, a demonstration of alternate acceptable exercises for those with limitations, and details how to implement the Quick Fit program at the workplace.

Quick Fit Coaching

Quick Fit Coaching begins with a one hour seminar by the program author, Rick Bradley, and continues with a pre-determined number of visits by a Quick Fit Coach professional. During the coaching session, the coach will council employees to encourage a physical activity behavior change utilizing the Quick Fit program. The program includes blood pressure screening for each coached employee, Quick Fit DVD's, equipment consulting, and handouts for the seminar.

Quick Fit Coaching Calls

The Quick Fit Coaching Call (QFCC) is group coaching that will reach multiple employees at the same time. During the QFCC, employees who may be together in a conference room or communicating from their desks will have the opportunity to discuss their Quick Fit exercise program, learn ways to sustain their healthy behaviors, and ask pertinent questions about all aspects of health and fitness. The Quick Fit coach will initiate discussions on various topics aimed at educating your employees about their health and well-being. Conference call expenses are the responsibility of the client. The QFCC fee includes 12 one-hour calls, one call per month.

Quick Fit Corner

The Quick Fit Corner is a creative way to make ANY location at your office a cost-effective and exciting exercise room for your employees. The Quick Fit corner includes a 24 X 33 size poster of the seven Quick Fit exercises, 10 Quick Fit Kits, 2 exercise mats, 10 Quick Fit DVDs, monthly handouts and motivational programs.

Office In Motion

No time for exercise? Desk-ercise! The highly interactive Office In Motion (OIM) booth will show employees how to fit physical activity into their work day at their workstation. Employees are encouraged to participate in the Quick Fit exercises, stretches and posture-checks that can be done anywhere or at anytime. Many employers combine the Office In Motion with a health fair, benefits fair or an independent event to encourage physical activity. The employees who actively participate at the booth will receive a free Quick Fit DVD, stretching handouts and other information to help them become more physically active. As an extended service, Quick Fit will "leave behind" two Quick Fit travel kits, which include the Quick Fit Deck, exercise tube, and a carry tote to house all of the items. This Office In Motion will energize employees and establish the concept that a little bit of physical activity everyday can go a long way in improving one's overall health<

Web-based DVD

The web-based Quick Fit program contains a demonstration of the Quick Fit exercises in a Windows media streaming video file or other preferred file format. The exercises are demonstrated by the author of the book, Quick Fit: The Complete 15-Minute No-Sweat Workout, Rick Bradley.
